Keeps telling me the upload has failed. tried with seveal pictures all the app. size?

Couple of questions:
Does your image comply with "The maximum size of your custom image is 75 by 75 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller)."?
Where is the image located (on the web or on your hard drive)?
Are we talking "Profile picture" or "Avatar"?

Recently Jason upgraded the forum software. It may be that the ability to upload to the forum's server isn't available. Can you upload it to a service like Photobucket and link to it from there?
If not I'd recommend sending a PM to Jason asking if uploading has been disabled. Perhaps he can enable it.
