For violating the forum rules. We keep trying to assure you guys, that's the only way to get threads closed and earn infractions. The forum rules are the sole criteria for removing threads and removing memberships.
When it comes to Volconvo, the answer to that particular question is always going to be the same, rule violations. Don't violate the rules. 99% of the members have no problem with that. If you aren't sure about a rule, ask a mod. That's partly why we're here. If you're still unsure, err on the side of a conservative interpretation of the rules.
Anything more specific than that is between the member who is directly involved and the staff. We only make specific announcements when it's a positive development for the community. I'm sure you understand the reasoning behind that.

But when this happened before the thread was just locked , this time it appears to have completely disappeared and that's what confused me.
