Alinghi skipper Brad Butterworth, who sailed with Coutts in three America's Cup victories, said the Swiss are convinced that RAK "is the perfect and legitimate venue," and that BMW Oracle Racing's latest motion "is further proof of their unsportsmanlike behavior."

The 7th time BMW-Oracle drag the competition into court. The America's Cup is supposed to be a sporting challenge.

This continuous bickering is going to kill the event, sponsors are becoming rare and the public in general is turning away, tired of reading about lawyers instead of sailing.

I'll refrain from speaking my mind as I'll be accused of chauvinism, but the lack of sportsmanship is shameful.

There have been far more lawsuits than Cup races in the last twenty years. This round is nothing new, unfortunately.
