If you accept the fact that counting numbers do not exist in nature and further accept physics nomenclature for significant figures, 2 with no zeros holding the decimal places is a single significant figure. Therefore 2.49 to a single significant figure is 2. 2(2.49)+2(2.49)=5(4.98) ![]() |

The later Amendments are seen as collective rights. Some constitutionalists believe that all the later Amendments are unconstitutional. I would agree with that myself with a couple exceptions. Most of the later amendments were unnecessary, unwise, or both and should be repealed. | |

 "An amendment requires that three quarter of the states ratify it. It was approved by the people. This is how it's done. They can't be made into law or taken away without the consent of the people." The later Amendments are seen as collective rights. Some constitutionalists believe that all the later Amendments are unconstitutional. I would agree with that myself with a couple exceptions. Most of the later amendments were unnecessary, unwise, or both and should be repealed. any of the ammendments may be repealed... ANY OF THEM... just get enough idiots to vote for it...
