    ...didn't they eagerly claim responsibility?
Where was the trial? When were they convicted?

But truth, Hajjaj was convinced, held many layers.

    Ah!

Thus the statement "I believe he did it" is to bear the same weight as "I admit I did it"?

    A rather weak argument

So basically Obama could be considered a white black man....or a white african american...or black white man or a mulatto african american....or...

But being 100% hispanic does not make them "not white"? So being 100% white doesn't make them 'not black' or insert any color......
Jeebus Crust! Hispanic is an ethnic designation, not a racial one. You can be ethnically French and white or not white, black or not black. It is about cultural affiliation. Hispanics are people associated with the Spanish language and colonial culture. Cuba, Mexico, Central and South America and actually, Spain itself. So, no, damn it! It isn't like being black but not black. And you can be 100% white and an ethnic Hispanic, absolutely, yes.

    Ethnicity=cultural affiliation.

You can be ethnically Polish and caucasian, ethically Irish and caucasian. Ethnicity is not the same as race. It is a different and separate designation that attaches to common cultural roots and NOT, I repeat, NOT race itself.

Race=an arbitrary classification of modern humans, sometimes, especially formerly, based on any or a combination of various physical characteristics, as skin color, facial form, or eye shape, and now frequently based on such genetic markers as blood groups.

A Cuban national who is the descendent of people originally brought to the island from Africa to work the sugar plantation is just as Hispanic as the Native Islander. And the Native Islander is just as Hispanic as the lilly white direct descendant of the Spaniard who owned the fucking sugar plantation. Hispanic is NOT a racial designation. What part of that is so hard for you to understand?

Maybe this will make it easier for you...This person is Hispanic.

    As is this person:

If you saw them walking down the street together, you would know one was black and the other was white, but you would NOT know, by sight, if either was Hispanic.

If you're the victim, you're Hispanic.

If you're the perpetrator, you're white.

    Got it.

Nope, either way you would be a white Hispanic.

Seeing racism that does not exist does perpetuate racism.

Was the police dispatcher racist in asking the race of the fellow Zimmerman was observing?

Was Zimmerman racist when he responded to the question?

Is it racist to refer to someone as an "asshole"?

    Where do you see racism?
I didn't see it, I heard it from Zimmerman: "Fucking coons"

And just like thieves don't walk up to the sales counter and say, "This check that I am writing for this flat screen TV is bad", racists don't tend to like to say, "Shit yeah! If he had been white, I would have left him alone, but he was black so I chased and shot him." A select, very stupid few might, but if you wait for the admission, you will miss most racism. Racism surely exists and for the most part, it has to be inferred. Where do I see it? I see it in poverty rates and incarceration rates. And sometimes, I see it because I am white and live in the south and other Southerners assume I think just like them, so they say it to me in hushed tones so the one black person who works in the office doesn't hear. I'm just honest about it. They prefer to hide it when confronted.

I can't help that some prefer to remain ignorant. What I can do is accept the truth and try to pass it along.

If it makes you feel any better, if the situation was that a black guy had shot a Korean and there was a 911 tape of the black guy saying, "Fucking chinks" under his breath and later saying something like, "They always rip us off", I would be arguing that we had a black who was a racist who most likely shot the Korean based on some irrational distrust of the individual based on nothing but his Korean heritage.

In addition to a criminal record and a history of violence, Zimmerman has a history of of being obsessed with black males as documented by 47 pages listing all of George Zimmerman's 911 calls.

George Zimmerman's History of 911 Calls on Black Men

He was also fired from a job as a guard a security guard for being too aggressive and being unable to control his anger.

George Zimmerman lost job as party security guard for being too aggressive, ex-co-worker says

And Trayvon Martin is dead, while George Zimmerman has not been arrested.

And the conservatives keep blaming Martin for his own death. Pathetic.

I'm really surprised that some of the people on this forum have not heard of white Hispanic and nonwhite Hispanic before. The one-drop rule doesn't apply to determinations of Hispanicity; you have can a Native American parent and still be classified as white Hispanic.

    Don't be obtuse.

It's not a case of not knowing of the descriptors.

It is, rather, the observation that so fine a distinction is not normally drawn, especially among our media purveyors, when describing individuals involved in a crime.

It is disingenuous of them to do so now.

What I find surprising about descriptors is that people who are manifestly inciting violence to support their radical political agenda get called conservatives.
