So here's my thoughts on the whole "whites are racist" issue...
1. Our ancestors may have kept your ancestors as slaves, but that personally affects neither you nor I. Give us a break; we can't help what our ancestors did as much as we can't help what our own grandparents or parents do with their lives. It's not personally my fault so don't act like it is.
2. Where in America do you see White Entertainment Television, White Enterprise Magazine, Essence (for whites), White History Month or any other racially biased group? The only reason there is racism is because minority groups tell themselves that racism exists, when the only racism I see is that which is brought on by those groups themselves. If you tell yourself something enough, you will believe it, even if it doesn't actually happen. Granted, there are a few closed minded white Americans who do not understand equality, but out of all organizations based on race, those for Blacks take the cake...my guess is that organizations for blacks-only beats those of whites-only by 6 to 1.
3. Speaking of racism and separation...the government should not be giving Native American's reservations and government funding. It was another ancestor-based battle. It has nothing to do with me or you personally. Taking our tax dollars to let those people make millions upon millions of dollars of which they pay NOTHING back to America? It's not something I want my hard-earned money paying for. Then they go and open casinos, which brings them MORE money. We owe you nothing. Stop mooching off of us for something that happened 100s of years ago that involves no one who is alive today.
4. Mexicans who illegally move to the US and use America's welfare system to survive, take our jobs because they're willing to work for less, and still wnat to speak Spanish?...GET OUT OF OUR COUNTRY unless you're going to become a citizen, pay taxes and speak English...moving to this country means adopting our culture, including our language. Our national language is not English AND Spanish. It is ENGLISH. This applies to any other people who move hear from a non-English speaking country and feel they need our rights but are too lazy to learn our language and adopt our customs. If an American were to live in one of their countries and keep our customs and traditions, we would be considered rude, and possibly even thrown in jail for non-compliance. This also includes religion...America is a Christian country. There are minorities and that's fine...freedom of religion is a constitutional right. Yet these minorities cannot accept the majority, even though the majority can accept those minorities. Having the word "God" on our money, in the pledge of allegiance, or other minor places is deeply embedded in our nations history. If it offends you, don't repeat His name in the pledge, and don't use our money; move out of the country if it's that big of deal. Muslim nations have daily prayer to Allah, at least we don't have mandatory prayer sessions. Our country has been successful since the Declaration of Independence. Why fuck with a good thing?

Not a good first post mandi08. Your sentiments are not very well reasoned, supported by your opinions alone(no sources), profane, and bigoted. This is a debate site and you would do well to read the etiquette before posting again. The moderators will correct you if there are violations, speaking from experience.

Actually I did read the etiquette. it is clearly stated that those are my thoughts, my own opinions. This is a debate board...defend your opinion. Open your mind AND your eyes PatrickHenry. Also, there is one profane word...how do you get that my opinion is PROFANE? The etiquette states there should be no "excessive profanity"....yup definitely didn't use EXCESSIVE profanity being that there is ONE profane word. Maybe you should take your own hints and read the etiquette yourself before lecturing others.
