It is a mistake to say one's self isnt worth much based on physical design. A mistake very widespread. That is the point.

But this is addressed by taking care of oneself: these things dont mean a person cant be attractive. Surgery is no part of the answer. In fact I've met perfectly decent looking women who were at one time just that.
