It talks about how potential parents can now spend 5 weeks living with the child before deciding whether or not to adopt to them.

Thoughts?

Why not? you don't just make a decision like that off the hip. my cousins were adopted, and I remember a similar "trial period" if you will.

I don't know it could be good it could be bad I would say they would have to try it it and assess the program after a while.
