They have finally arrived!

Planned Parenthood is proud to offer yet another t-shirt in our new social fashion line: "I Had an Abortion" fitted T-shirts are now available. These soft and comfortable fitted tees assert a powerful message in support of women's rights.

Order yours for $15 each.
This IMHO is why planned parenthood should be cut off from any govenrment spending. This is sickinging IMHO. The T-Shirt should read "I killed my baby and I am PROUD OF IT!"

Sick is what this is.

I once had a black t-shirt, that had the word "Pube" on it. I put on a black pant, black shoes, and black hat and went as my Halloween character.

The shirt should say "I had an abortion and all I got was this stupid
t-shirt... and some some blood spotting".

Better yet, I aborted my baby to give life to thousands of kids already born, and my abortion will give one a better chance to be adopted first.
Or, "I aborted my baby, so that I would not have to sell it to a wealthy couple, who wont adopt a child already born."
Or, "Abortion stops the legal sale of babies"
Or, "adoption stops abortion"

How can anyone think that aborted kids are better, or more valuable than already alive and breathing, and parentless kids.?
You are the one who is sick.
They would rather buy a foreign baby than to adopt a parentless american baby.
How about

" I buy Romanian"
"I buy Russian"
" I buy Chinese"
" I dont want an American kid"

STOP trying to debate abortion on this site. It will never, ever be agreed upon. We are up to our assholes in foster kids, with not nearly enough homes for them.
Why cant people who want to adopt, and are unable to find a suitable baby to buy, just foster to get their rocks off.
I remember why....they are "damaged" and dont deserve a home I suppose. After all, over 5 is too old to love.

I have seen many inflamitory T-shirts:

"Kill a fag for Christ" comes to mind.
"Meat Stinks"
"Got Salmonella"
"I've got two mommies"

I am of the opinion that all of these, including the 'abortion' shirt mentioned above, are more to provoke opponents than to support rights.

I think the most offensive one I saw was at a bicycle race when a patron (big fat ugly guy) wearing one that said "Fuck you" on the front and "Any Questions?" on the back. Really tempted me to go up and smack him and then see how far he chased me before he collapesed.

In any case I do have a daughter and while I would prefer she did not wear any of that crap, it is not something I really worry about.

I don’t guess that the 14 and 15 year olds that do not even have to notify their parents before making this life changing decision will not use this as the icebreaker. I am still looking for that right to privacy cite in the constitution so that I can better understand this.

I guess its better than:

"I hotrodded around with tons of guys having unprotected sex cause I thought I was to cool to get pregnant, but now will have the child and live on welfare and tax money my entire life while working at K-Mart."

Its got a better ring to it IMHO.

I'm all for it, although, this society is so backward that I can't see too many people wearing it.

I think I'd rather see her wear that t-shirt than one that says, "JESUS SAVES" or "VOTE FOR BUSH" or, "I WANT TO KEEP MY BABY ALTHOUGH MY BABY'S DADDY IS IN IRAQ AND WE CAN'T AFFORD TO GET MARRIED."

Mr.V: I agree, it's sick. Why is abortion a means of contraception? Why can't people who don't want babies just use some precautions? The "heat of the moment?" Give me a break...

It isnt like it is meant as birth control, but it is available, should b/c fail.
Please stop.....
Kids like sex. And will always have it. Safe, unsafe, whatever.
That 400 dollar dress you bought for prom usually ends up in a heap on the motel room floor. Or hiked up in the backseat. Good girls have sex too.
You'll sing a different tune when its your girl that comes home at 14 pregnant. Believe me. Or would you rather start over and raise another kid>?
Let her ruin her life? I doubt you would...

On another forum, someone posted this:

At least this way you can more easily spot the girls that are loose

I thought that was the worst reply to this t-shirt so far.
How anyone could find wearing a T-Shirt about murder to be a good thing is beyond me.

Yes, but people will put up all kinds of signs telling me to vote for murderers like George Bush while they're telling women that they value women's lives so much they want to make all their decisions for them.

Supporting abortion rights is one thing. Openly advertising the fact that you had one is another.

This shirt is just plain bad taste. Abortions are something you're supposed to be ashamed of having, not something you're supposed to openly advertise.

The "loose girls" comment is 100% accurate. That's the only way people who wear this ridiculous POS should be viewed.

Ashamed? Why are you ashamed of sex?

Thats not what he siad, what he said was people that wear that shirt should be ashamaed they had to resort to murdering an innocent because they refused to take responsibility for thier own actions.

has nothing to do with sex.

Abortion is taking responsibility for one's actions.

Abortion is a convenient escape. Carrying a child to term and raising it into a loving, well-adjusted adult is taking responsibility for one's actions -- i.e., the action of having sex.

I don't exactly see how just wiping out a problem counts as "taking responsibility."

Abortion is escaping responsibility by murder.

So Gorgo, if your 15 year old daughter, came to you and said "Dad, I got pregnant, but I had an abortion!" You would give her a raise and tell her what a good girl shes been?

Obviously not, but a lot of people don't have the option of rasing a child in well-adjusted, loving household...

In which case it is justifiable -- but that still doesn't mean it is "responsible."
