The men need to stop looking, and smelling, and talking and getting aroused. They treat women too crappy, and seem like a very unhappy bunch. Don't laugh much. That Muhammed didn't sound like a very fun guy. How do these people get to be prophets is my question. Who decided he was a prophet, he did, if I'm not mistaken. Since when are prophets supposed to be fun, most besides Jesus tended to be pricks, and even jesus had his moments. “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” -Albert Einstein |

Freedom is corrosive stuff :) Destroying America one Volconvo post at a time. Religious controversies are always productive of more acrimony and irreconcilable hatreds than those which spring from any other cause. |

I'd love to be a fly on the wall of some of those prophets and see what they were really like. I'd say prophets had to be good salesman, so they had to have charisma, but who knows, maybe the people back then liked them mean. Times change as to what people like and dislike. I look at TV and listen to the radio in this country and think we could all do with a good ol' fashioned dose of "control". Now where did I put that box of burkhas? 78% of statistics are made up on the spot. |
