When I say 'all,' I am saying 'for practical purposes.' I'm beginning to think you are an ad hominem.

| Iceberg Location: Connecticut Posts: 5,691 | You probably are basing your observations upon your own personal experiences. Go to a Pro football game and tell me what you see for women. Go to a beach and tell me you see butch women. It is all in your head. Seek and ye shall find. I forgot. Go to 5th ave midtown Manhattan in NYC at noon time, Mon - Fri. Or the theater district on the West side on early Saturday evening. Sit and observe the women. You will be knocked out if you are a straight male with any tetstosterone at all. Seems like you need to get out more and widen your circle of observations. Brien the Iceberg If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything. M.T. But ah, you're finally starting to get it: Today American women are royally fuc*ed up. (That means in many, many ways) My fault or theirs? | |

![]() Never mad Location: Hong Kong, China Posts: 1,877 | You've said this, and the thing we find fault with you the most is generalization. You make these sweeping statements and say that this is true for everyone. I've probably met a more diverse group of people then half the people on this forum and can say that there are many exceptions to your generalizations. Your big thing is that when they escape the "feminine" culture by being "Butch" you don't like it. You then seem to think every other guy has to think like you and only like girls from the "fem" group. Its not that we hate people who stereo-type, its that I can think of a whole host of exceptions to your stereotypes. And everyone needs to stop personally attack. It's not just one person, this is getting out of hand. Calm down and remember this doesn't matter at the end of the day, it just all in good fun :) And this is ruining the fun. Don't forget this is all in good fun! "I want to know God's thoughts; the rest are details." Albert Einstein "The devil is in the details" -? |

*Yawn* Just a cheap way to try to get an emotional reaction- try to 'test' me like I'm some kind of redneck caveman. If I was gay, why would I be wasting my time grinding an axe with women? Everyone knows gay men get along FABULOUSLY with women.

Why would you assume any fault? Unless you are raising your daughter to think she's a princess and deserves to be put on a pedestal all her life? Don't be surprised when she turns out to be everything you hate in a woman. Or perhaps you'd raise her more like you'd raise a son? More like the knight in shining armor with the ability to take care of herself? Even then, according to your thought processes, she's going to turn out butch. Either way, she can't win. Men seem to like a wide variety of women. Otherwise, you'd only ever need about one issue of Playboy with one picture in it per year. It would be very silly of nature to say that there is only one acceptable type of woman to be with, as it would result in extinction pretty quickly. I prefer a man who's not a knuckle-dragger and who prefers a girl who's not an airhead. This combination is very possible. I won't mind if he sometimes pays more for a haircut than me if he doesn't mind if I sometimes indulge in a Star Trek marathon. See? Problem solved. So, knowing where these twisted ideas of gender roles and their separation come from, do you (and others, such as nine steps) still espouse them? Lets think about this; You made one thread devoted to your unambiguous displeasure of a womens mind. Then you make a thread devoted to your unambiguous displeasure of a womens looks. Your lack of a "No" to my question will stand as a yes.
