You can't jog in the nude because I have a six year old daughter that doesn't need to see your personal business.
I would guess that there is almost like 85% of land that is lonely enough to jog naked without bothering anyone. If you make it a point to jog where there is people then it means you want to display your genitals to people. Genitals are a sensitive subject to people; those that are ugly or old would complain cause they would be jealous.

What's wrong with dicks? Here is the point: why is it taboo?

Unless you actually WANT to show yourself, go legal and wear a f*cking thong!
My question is more relevant than yours, nerd: Why would someone have a compulsion to show themself completely naked to all the world?
It's not about being unhampered by a bit of cloth. Thongs are legal and they are as close to naked as you can get and still have a garment on.
Why do you need more? Are you just trying to make a point?
If so, what is it?
"Arms in the hands of the citizens may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny or private self-defense." -- John Adams

I am surprised no one has mentioned the issue of decency. I don't want to view naked people running all around, and I doubt honestly that very many people do.
You ever notice that nudist colonies are predominantly overweight middle-aged ugly f**ks? There is a reason for this. Ugly people are comfortable viewing other ugly naked people. Attractive people would rather not deal with the horrors that lie beneath most peoples clothing.
Quite simply, the laws shield us from having to deal with the disgusting practice of naked fat asses sauntering out to check their mail.
All that sh!t about germs and cleanliness, is just a front. Most folks would rather you just keep your pants on.

You miss the topic here. The question is not ''should I show my package to everybody, just for fun?'' but ''Why I absolutly have to buy and wear clothes instead of being plain natural and confortable?''
We must not confound naturism and exhibitionism: the naturist lives naked by conviction and without afterthoughts, while the exhibitionist runs down the street and show his genitals just for showing his genitals a naturist.
What is decency? Why does decency exist? Norms norm of godam norm...Rucksak: I am surprised no one has mentioned the issue of decency

You know, this little sidebar to the topic annoys me, only because we seem to have an odd sense of what's "decent." A naked man, or woman, jogging by is "indecent," but Ann Coulter claiming the only mistake the hijacker's made is not hitting the NY Times instead slides by? I would imagine any "decent" human would find graphic images of killing people in some of the most gruesome ways, or even just seeing what happened after to be somewhat "indecent," but seeing some jiggling penis or a slight flash of Janet Jackson's breast... :rolleyes:what little there is of it...is even worse that some of our arcade games, our movies, our TV shows, or even just our more violent ice hockey games?
I find most of the above far more "offensive" than nudity. Would I suggest laws or regulations? Probably not. They usually don't work. But frankly if fans acted as offended as some do to nudity the next time a hockey player gets beaten with a stick I think we'd be a better, and a far more sane, society.

You are making this a bigger issue than it is. Civilized people DO NOT want to view other people naked as part of daily life. If they do, than they are welcome to join a nudist colony or move to Borneo and live in a state of primitivism.Quote by: Nerd V
Its about the majority, and the majority of people in civilized nations don't want to see you naked. Thats about all there is to it.
Coulter's remark didn't "slide by". Many people were greatly offended by it. The opposition was heard loudly, depending on what news outlet one subscribes to.Quote by: Ken Carmen

I don't live in the f**king jungle.
What is decent and acceptable by law in America, or anywhere else, is determined by the majority of those whom live in said culture.
Here, in America, the majority is OVERWHELMINGLY against people walking around naked. You could cite Christianity as a cause for this. Insecurity. A mindless mindset of drones obeying what is dictated them as decent.
In the end, most folks don't wanna peek your schlong while they mow their grass.
It really is that simple.
