![]() Mass'Debator Posts: 4,723 | New York may ban the b-word: New York may ban the b-word Quote:
If you can't enforce these laws on swearing and they're just symbolic, then what's the point in wasting tax dollars and time on such a stupid concept? The funny thing is that try and make a big case on how these words are derogetory and in a nut shell from their explination, basically ruin a girls life in society.... Quote:
What a waste of time and money..... How many more words do they plan on banning from the english language? Is everybody gonna be stuck in NY only being allowed to say "Eh, how u do'in?" and "Whas'tha'matta'wit'U?!"

It'll catch on, and then become part of the language, just like half the words in our vocabulary NOW, Not a day goes by that I don't see something that reinforces my belief that people are idiots. |

Or, are they saying such people do not officially exist and therefore the terms used to refer to them are always used towards the wrong people? |

When a guy tells his buddy he had a great date last night and the buddy says "All Right, you dog!", I don't think he means his friend is a canine. Not a day goes by that I don't see something that reinforces my belief that people are idiots. |

And what if it seriously applies to a woman, it's too mucha part of our culture that an angry woman is always going to have whispers of the b word after her. “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” -Albert Einstein |

Sounds like another ill informed case of attempting to trade liberty for a measure of security. And yes, sheeple suck! I'm all for a witch hunt, and some stake burnings should the rest of you sane people think the case is extreme enough to warrant it. ![]()

| Altruism Assassin Location: Massachusetts Posts: 4,744 | Why not just round them up and put them in sheeple towns where laws like this are enacted? Being lazy doesn't warrant death, and they can make stuff for the world of sane people. “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” -Albert Einstein |

Intellectual sloth that leads to the overthrow of my country should warrant a death sentence in my opinion. Just like the witch hunts, and stake burnings of old, I think this could truly work to right the greater wrongs. Hey, religious people did it, why can't we?

Perhaps their motivation was flawed, but the results cannot be denied. The ugly reality of the situation is that the idiots are taking over, and we have to do something other than roll ever, and play dead.

![]() Mass'Debator Posts: 4,723 | Well that's true.... it didn't work very well back then..... But logically it could work today..... *snickers* .... go call up Bush and see if he can pass those in the next bill..... I imagine he'd go for it..... in fact, I think witch burnings and steakings are the only thing we're missing right now. |
