But T-man rights are inherent and are endowed by the creator according to the DOI. Government can't grants rights, except perhaps in a Monarchy, which we left behind a few centuries ago.

We don't "receive" and education as in osmosis, or as if it is conferred upon us by a transfusion, we rather earn a education. So the closest we can come to this agreement is to agree we have the right to "earn" an education.:)

T-man: Repeat after me: Rights are not granted by documents or governments. According to the DOI and the Constitution, they are inherent "unalienable rights granted by the creator......and we hold these truths to be self evident". I don't know how to write it any other way.
