| Molten Ash Posts: 63 | The following is an excerpt from an essay in which the court case of Alexander Loce was mentioned citing the words of the New Jersey judge in his ruling. [Dr. Jerome Lejeune testified in the 1991 case as an expert witness establishing the facts regarding the unborn child's humanity.] This is for those who insist on characterizing abortion as merely a medical procedure that clears a 'pre-human' from a woman's body: Judge Michael J. Noonan ruled as follows in a New Jersey case based on a man's efforts to save his unborn child from being aborted: "…based upon the undisputed medical testimony by arguably the foremost authority in genetics in the world, I found that human life begins as conception; and that Roe v. Wade permits a legal execution of that human being." (Municipal Court of New Jersey -- Law division, Morris County criminal action docket no. C1771, et seq. State of New Jersey v. Alexander Loce, et als., Defendants, April 29, 1991, Honorable Michael J. Noonan). |

| Molten Ash Posts: 63 | The Judge was stating the 'findings of facts' as presented and authenticated in a court of law. I see you don't like what was posted, but have you looked to see what the judge's final ruling was? {BTW, real doctors don't slaughter unborn, alive human beings. The serial killers are called 'abortionists', but they do try to masquerade as doctors.} |

| Sedimentary Rock Posts: 3 | I don't think that women should have abortions. It's just not right. Everyone should have the right to live. I think that if someone doesn't want to be a parent they should think twice before having unprotected sex. Having an abortion is murder. |

If it is simply a case of an unwanted or unplanned pregnancy then you should have a waiver from the biological father, because they have rights under the law, equal protection and all. I have made no reference to a moral or religious reason I don't like abortion. |
