I have yet to see the military turn someone away because they were black. I have never seen an African American or Mexican for that matter be turned down for a pale grant or an FHA loan.

Why is it always that blacks that are complaining about jobs? It’s never the Mexicans or the Asians.
Funny and it’s the hard working Mexican standing by the side of the road hoping to get picked up for some work not the black man. I respect him, he knows the world owes him nothing but he’s willing to rough it out, get out there and make that money, he does what he must.
There are plenty of lawns that need mowing and cars the need washing. How come I don’t see any African Americans there? Is it because the Mexican landscapers are racist?

Illegal immigrants come over here from 3rd world countries with none of the privileges and only a fraction of the rights that you have and they still manage to find work. Unfortunately mexicans are singled out because they are desperate and they are used to working harder than the rest of us. But you seem to pursue the fact that white people are somehow innocent of racism, when no race is innocent of it! Its just that since white people are those that supply the very same jobs you talk about, they are usually the ones in power, and therefore their version of racism is often more damaging.

Yes, every person is fundamentally racist, although some can afford to exercise these inherent feelings more than others; they also lie about those feelings to stay in fashion, e.g. around friends, since racism is currently faux pas.

Others, such as the poor employees, are forced to lie about their racist feelings because of quasi-necessity and other fears. They're not as shallow, in my opinion, as the former group.
