| Cause for Concern Location: Planet Earth Posts: 664 | Since you guys already mentioned my favorite movie I also think Fight Club and Carandiru should be mentioned. Carandiru is about the prison riot in Sao Paulo, Brazil that cost the lives of 111 inmates, but not a single policeman was killed or injured. Here's my updated top 5 list right now: #1: Office Space #2: Training Day #3: Pulp Fiction #4: Kill Bill #5: The Da Vinci Code(just saw yesterday omg it was awesome!) Movies I can't wait to see: The Number 23 DejaVu Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix(gotta finish the book first -_-) Aqua Teen Hunger Force: The Movie Death of a President Penn & Teller Season 5(not rly a movie, but show nonetheless) Balls of Fury The Blood Diamond Broken Arrows Clerks 2 Evan Almighty Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer Ghost Rider Ocean's Thirteen(yeah I laffed too XD) 007 Casino Royal American Pie 5: The Naked Mile Beerfest The Pursuit of Happiness The Good Shepherd Eragon Ice Age: The Meltdown Accepted An Inconvenient Truth I personally can't wait for another dinosaur movie to come out. The Jurassic Park series was intense! I forgot the name of that new movie coming out where a bunch of assassins try to kill one guy. It's hard to develop a top 5 list, as it changes constantly, and considering I've seen over a few thousand movies, it becomes even harder, but my top #1 slot will always be office space, unless an office space 2 comes out... I mean what could be more fun than watching Jason Statham on an insane drug fuelled rampage through LA? Best film of the year for me had to be The Departed. After The Aviator and Gangs of New York I was starting to think Scorsese was losing it, but this film restored my faith one hundred percent. |

I highly rate that film, and even the edited version they are showing. (they didn't have to cut too much out, but some language) Check it out.... its a classic Deniro film. I'd much rather read the book over again. I also like the Lord of the rings movies. “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” -Albert Einstein |

A little back story if I may... Bronx Tale is the true life story of Chaz Palmintari. The movie studios repeatedly rejected the screenplay because Chaz insisted that he be allowed to play the part of Sonny, the man who mentored him in his youth. The film was only made when Deniro took a chance, and financed the film complete with Chaz as Sonny. Obviously a good gamble on Denorio's part. | |

I guess I like anything halfway good about history. “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” -Albert Einstein |

But Stanley Kubrick was a master equaled by none, as far as I'm concerned. nm420 "In this age, the mere example of nonconformity, the mere refusal to bend the knee to custom, is itself a service. --John Stuart Mill (1806-1873) |
