1)People with money and agenda provided money to build elite schools and colleges before schools and colleges were a norm. These schools and colleges have core elite groups like "secret societies" that pass down plans for a new century, and total domination of the world to only a select few, bred, groomed politicians and businessmen. Over generations of coercion and cover-up, through incredibly minor changes, and redefinitions, in law and language of law, the entire system can be perverted from the inside out to benefit the elite, and oppress the masses, much like every other revolution has turned out throughout history. It is an incredibly long term investment in bloodline, and name continuance, or the overall conquest of power, one of mans biggest fallabilities. One of the interesting things to note is, George Washingtons speech at the end of his presidency, warns the citizens to protect very specific things in order to ensure the system would work as designed. A smart person of the time may have noticed that was a fine instruction manual on how to set about making the system beneficial to those you favored......

2)Over generations, the price of tyranny is dulled by lack of experience, and lost memories of those who actually served in that fight. It is nearly the 1900's and the nation is growing from masses of people seeking freedom, from all countries in the world. The two-party majority that has been culled to the elite from the previously mentioned college socieities has taken a rather firm hold, and hold majority of all house and senate seats. Remember, this was a time of a more fragmented, less organized media. There were actually investigative journalists and not just reporters on the scene, but their reach to the people was limited on a national scale. They were still making minor moves to take control through law, but it was time for a real test. Prohibition comes along. The people speak out, by breaking the law en-masse and those in the know were in on smuggling liquor and running speak-easies. After enough wealth had been created through the newly formed black market, it was repealed, and the people were appeased(and the black market shifted and grew) This was the first attempt at a power-grab, or its equal for strictly internal purposes. It was different from war, since the enemy was within. The elite, deemed something wrong, and outlawed it. The people reacted timidly, the elites gained some more wealth(Kennedys and others who profitted of prohibition of alchohol) and life went on. The black market and prohibition were essential to the crash of 1929.
Here's a typical link to life in the 1920's, notice the increasing role of religion and classism in politics:
    http://multimedialearning.org/presen...nt3/index.html

3)The crash is created by the elite, and the time is ripe for the "New Deal". America is at its knees, and needs a hero to save its economy, and their long promised dream of a bright future. F.D.R. was just the ego-driven salesman to sell it too. The bank holiday was declared, and things were put into order. He completely over-rides the Constitution, and creates a federal bank with the help of his friends J.P. Morgan and the other corporate masterminds of the time. They sell it as the answer to the future, but constant growth requires work, and the growth they have in mind is broad and all encompassing. What better way to justify higher taxes, than to hire more people, and provide more work? He blatantly attempts to mix socialism and capitalism, but says it in different words, and for different reasons. More than anything, he tries to sell this as a noble intent, but yet its irreversibility is in the executives hands. Here are some of his words, to which I note.

"The country needs and, unless I mistake its temper, the country demands bold, persistent experimentation. It is common sense to take a method and try it: If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something. The millions who are in want will not stand by silently forever while the things to satisfy their needs are within easy reach."
is from the 23rd paragraph of FDR's campaign speech at Oglethorpe University, and can be linked to at http://newdeal.feri.org/speeches/1932d.htm#23.

He sells it as easy to simply admit it fails, and try another should it fail, yet he places all the power to determine that in the executive seat, through executive powers privlidge. He has not only changed the entire economy to suit himself and his favored elites, he also has basicly crowned the executive King, by giving him ultimate authority over congress or the senate. This is the most sweeping, broad power grab in the history of this nation, and it goes un-answered until the machine of government is to big to be stopped. Most of F.D.R.'s successors have not made issue to change, or revoke executive power, and had to extend them by signature. This power is proof of coercion, as well as proof of the lack of constitutional limitation enforcement from the citizens. It is also proof that every president since, has not upheld their oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC, since that power is complete power which is in essence anti-constitutional. It is also to note that it has been 156 years since we have had a President, or majority of house and senate, of anything other than Republicans and Democrats.

4)Since the end of WWII, growth has been exponential in people and technology. Much of that technology was taken right from Hitler, through his science and technology officers, who were divided between Russia, England and the U.S. after the war. Many times during the war, people of the elite were caught aiding the enemy, and actually being ENABLERs, much like Prescott Bush, Grandpappy of our current President. They actually passed the Trading With the Enemy Act to prevent people, and corporations from providing essential war materials and goods to the enemy., DURING the war. Then came the new threats to "freedom". Socialism, purposely confused with communism in speeches of politicians and media. The threat of freedom, became a world obsession with the elite. It was a tool to further both growth and their agenda, which was a double positive. It grew government agencies like mold, they literally were appearing overnight. All the better to keep the masses happy, and cover, or confuse the trail for anyone looking with bureaucracy.
Accounting of money and spending to the public, became a thing of the past. Justifying taxes was a new mission, and a lucrative business for creating pork, for the pork barrel boys. Everyone wanted on the government tit, since it was growing like a balloon and everyone was grabbing. True threats to our nation were minimal, but it could be made to be giant through propaganda and media manipulation, of the ever growing media. Korea, Vietnam, Cuba, Haiti, Columbia, Somalia, etc. were all actions to further the elite, and had nothing to do with American citizens. It was done in the name of Americans, under the control of the elite, and sold as a "necessity of liberty". I also of course have several opinions I haven't shared about why we went to war "against" Hitler, and only to Japan after Pearl Harbor, which has its own national scandal involved.

5)Since the end of the "Cold War", the elite establishment has needed to create a new enemy to maintain the peoples tolerance of taxation, spending and deficit and policing that has been fairly consistently growing over our history since the bi-partisan agenda has been adopted full-force. They each take turns abusing the taxpayers, until one convinces the public that the other is a decidedly WORSE evil. Never mind that the next, or a few elections later, it will still be a choice of the same two again, who barely differ, worry about today, and vote for the lesser evil of today.

So as you say, they have piecemeal, minutely progressed the system to complete and utter un-Constitutionality. They have done the same thing Hitler did, which was gain the most expensive, impressive armies in the world, the power to command them at will, and the power to restrict citizen lives to the point of working slaves(as far as it effects the establishment), who make minimal wages which is extorted back to the system through taxation, licensing, property re-possesion and extortion through pork barrel politics. All the while, rights are being illegalized through law, and people are being turned against each other through the media, so as to create an image of nearly equal divide, downplaying the support for those who feel they aren't represented by the majority parties. People are so set against each other ideologically now, that both parties are starting to worry since the middle east gauntlet has exploded. Now, with the extremism of terrorists, people are starting to see that paying attention to government affairs is somewhat vital to ensuring safety of our nation. People are waking up to realize what Washington meant by "entangling alliances" now, and why they really fucked up since they have let Executive Powers go to the point of irreversability, short of public revolt or of OVERWHELMING show of support(which can't be acheived without media). They actually answered the minor complaints of over-reach of government, by creating more over-reach, with the new Patriot-Act, which is as un-patriotic as it gets.

We are now in the final quarter of the Plan for the New Century, The New World Order or what I refer to as being the beginning of the end of liberty and justice, and individualism in itself. I believe if there is not an armed revolt within the next ten years, it will be far too late to ever again repel the already out-of-control system, that started as the most noble form of government ever created by man, but has been perverted to the point of tyrannical nanny-state.

The saddest part, the father of it all (George Washington) told his children when they were young (the Citizens) not to do it, and they did, just like all children, we must learn for ourselves through experience since we ignore the lessons of history. Unfortunately, it may again take years of oppression to make the citizens realize again what tyranny is, and why it is so dangerous, but by then it will be far too late.

I must say Mr Smiley, I find myself on the opposite of you on the comparison between our nation currently, and Hitlers nation of the time. They are both propaganda fed, death machines, wreaking havoc upon whomever doesn't see fit to live as we dictate, or in a way that suits us. It also does this of its own course, not of the wishes of the people. This is not our country anymore.

This is about saying awful things about all Muslims, and not enough about the horrors committed against these people, by the British, US and Israel. Unfortunately, I can't just pick up a newspaper and present the other side of the story, because our newspapers and our TV news are not presenting the other side. To present the other side, means getting information off the Internet and some how motivating those who clearly are making no effort to understand the Muslim side of what is happening, to pay attention to the other side of the story.
Can you submit informations (or post some links to) on horrors, committed against Muslims by England and U.S. ?

The author's mind is filled with idealism, along with a plan to create a state's fundaments as it has never emerged in Mankind's history. If I am correct, then it will turn to become tomorrow's short-lasted relief, of today's copy that will re-appear in its "good-old" shape.
(The French Revolution is the exact answer to it.)

    The reasons :
    - world's political map changed
    - science and technology changed
    - Mankind stays the same

Wrong, it emerged when Washington relinqished power after the Secession from England. Don't know if you noticed, but that was directed at Smiley.

Yea, and a lot of facts too. I also have a good perception of English, and understood why the Constitution was written in common english, and authorized common law.

You have to understand that it is the people, that grant power to government, they can also taketh away, by vote or by arms.

You realize, of course, that by advocating an armed rebellion against the United States you are subjecting yourself to a possible life sentence in a federal prison? See "Virginia cleric gets life for urging war against USA", (http://www.volconvo.com/forums/showt...d=1#post142585.)

Or you could simply be declared an "enemy combatant" and locked up incommunicado for as long as deemed necessary. It's for our "security", of course.

The Israelis didn't just now begin demolishing Palistinains homes. This starts before 1948 when the Jews terrorized Palestinians, resulting in them fleeing their homes and becoming refugees. The UN says people have the right of return, and Israel has been violation of UN mandates all these years. Before Zionism the Jews and Muslim lived side by side and in peace. It was the Christians who persecuted and killed Jews, not Muslims.

Our media presents only the Israelis or US point of view of all this conflict. This one sided veiw is not the whole truth. Caring about these people, has nothing to do with my relationship with the American people. Britian was wrong to give the center of Palestine to to Jews, and the US was wrong to support this and to ignore the plight of Palestinians. Over the years I have seen pictures of killed Palestinians and there bombed homes, and dead children, and it seems I am the only one in the forum who has this knowledge. Trying to provide years and years of information that you have ignored in a form that will be read, is like an ant climbing the leg of an elephant with the intentions of rape.

US citizens, you live in a self governing country. It is the most powerful country in the world, and you vote for who controls this power, effecting how it will be used. Your ignorance of the world, Israel and Palestine and oil and economics, is appalling.
It is very unfortuneate for those who have suffered from these past and present events. The U.S. has had many struggles as well in our past and present. I think the reason so many U.S. citizens don't know about what's going on over there is because they're too wrapped up with our own internal wars (drugs, crime, politics, etc.). A lot of it can be contributed to our media as well. We don't hear about everything that goes on.

To think that all U.S. citizens (or Christians for that matter) "hate all Muslims" is a bit presumptuous, and to blame all Christians for what happened in the past is absurd. Is this how all Muslims think? I'm sure maybe some but not ALL. Please do not collectively place people in one group so that blame can be cast. This is why so many wars are fought and racial/religious tension hightened. People cannot let go of the past and move on. When will people realize we're fighting our ancestors' war(s)?

That's an excellent question. The really unfortunate thing is America has put itself in a position where it becomes more and more practical to monitor its own Muslim population, thus ensuring Muslim's will feel perescuted and thus ensuring yet more conflict. And when this happens those Christians who want a Christian government can gain strength against other religions and create a far less secular America.

Christians deny it up and down, pretending they don't overwhelmingly control America, but they do. And because the GOP is powerful and loaded with Christian supremacists, we'll probably see the government get more religious and more hateful towards the unbelievers.

That's why I am not religious. It's all about brainwashing and holding sway over an obedient population.

As long as I am within my rights, I have nothing to fear, except death in their defense, and that will happen regardless ,or I will die of natural causes, whichever comes first.

Don't expect that because you have "rights" you are safe from the police state. You are what they say you are, nothing less. Look at their reasoning: The "detainees" in Iraq are not subject to the protections of the Geneva Conventions because they are not part of an organized military force, and they don't wear uniforms. Therefore, they are not combatants, they are terrorists. They have no rights under the Constitution because they are not U.S. citizens. They can simply be locked up, forever, if we desire. On the other hand, U.S. citizens such as Jose Padilla, who has been locked up without charges for almost 4 years now, has no rights under the Constitution because he is an "enemy combatant", even thoug he is not a part of an organized military force, and has never worn a uniform.

You can decide to defend yourself and your home any way you want, but if this government wants to take you down, it will. The strength of the force necessary to do just that will be used as proof of the threat you pose to our society. If they have to bring in tanks to blast you to pieces, that will be all the evidence they need to show what a threat your were.

That is obvious that People play the key role in shaping a state.

What can you offer to the People, In order them to accept and follow your goals ?
Idealism is beautiful (in books, at least) but that is not enough. You can not feed the People with idealism in a long-run, and/or give them jobs, healthcare coverage, prosperity, ect.

    Example :
    - How are you going to create jobs for the People, in order to satisfy their expectations ?
Otherwise, the very same People will - most likely remove you from power.
    - What happen if the People reject your goals, after all that task is done ?
The next leaders are going to appear with new concepts to go through the same all over again ?

Zee, you have to understand that death happens to us all, eventually. Some of us have realized that if you can't live as you want to live, or as you believe you should live, within the respect of rights of course, life isn't worth a whole lot.

If Big Brother wants to come get me, boogie woogie on it! I have done nothing, and if they still seek to remove my rights for no justifiable reason, many will go down in the fight, because I will never surrender my rights again without just cause, PERIOD.

    For instance...

-I know we have all at one time watched as Nazi soldiers marched compliant prisoners into gas chambers, firing lines, work camps. Those people complied, because they feared death. Am I saying they were LESSER people? NO. I am saying they were different, because there were many who fought in the resistance who would not surrender, NO MATTER WHAT. They would rather perish in battle for their dearest beliefs, than live under another mans chain.

The compliant prisoners chose LIFE at all costs.

-I know we have all seen people kidnapped, or taken hostage, and many times even when the criminals get what they want, they still kill their victims. Some hostages fight back, some go along, in fear of their life until the end, when they die pleading with their captors.

They chose to cling to LIFE, at all costs, in the last seconds, betting on mercy.

I am not cut from that cloth. I would never allow myself to be wrongly imprisoned, because I would have died in the fight when they attempted to arrest me. I wouldn't be put in a position where I was at the "mercy of the government" since being out of the service and again RECLAIMING my rights. I know what the law is, and I don't break any to be considered a threat. The minor laws I do break, a large percentage of America is already breaking because they are BULLSHIT LAWS, and most of America knows it.

    I WOULD RATHER CHOOSE DEATH.

For instance, I occasionally smoke pot. If I have pot, I don't travel with it. WHY? Because if I am stopped, I am at the mercy of the prick with the badge, wanting to let a dog walk around my car. I WONT GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION. I smoke pot responsibly. That is the only law I break, that I could be "arrested on the spot" for. Possesion and consumption. I don't deal, I am a consumer.

I speed, so does everyone else, except those who drive to slow in the passing lane and cause road rage.

I smoke in non-smoking areas when I see an asshole non-smoker who is noticing I smoke, and smiling because I can't.

I don't break any major laws, I am a comparably law abiding citizen compared to most people.

Therfore I know one thing.... If anyone kicks in my door, they deserve to be treated just like anyone else, as an enemy attempting to do me harm. If they are DEA, FBI, CIA, SWAT agent just going to the wrong house, too bad. Should have knocked first, or tried not enforcing unconstitutional search and seizure laws.

I would rather die, than live under un-constitutional rule. Why is this concept so hard to grasp?

I am not ATTACKING anyone, nor do I condone it. I do however condone dissent, and I encourage skepticism when reading the words of the government through the press. I push for truth, and demand respect. I petition, and I march. I vote, I rally and I create and occasionally pass out flyers. More than anything, I demand my rights be respected, and respect others in return. Is that so hard to understand?

Then it should be obvious they retain all power. Not under certain circumstances, but ALWAYS.

What can you offer to the People, In order them to accept and follow your goals ?

    I say:
Respect, respect for themselves, being able to sleep at night, being able to look in the mirror, knowing when they say something that they mean it.

There is no honor in being a hypocrite, and right now this nation is full of them, because they endorse both major parties on voting day, but whine for change the other 364. But I am not offering it, I am pointing to it, and saying when you hear the flushing sound, you will know it is because you haven't been paying attention to the men behind the curtain.
I don't want to be a leader, nor am I seeking that spotlight, but if I was the only one man enough to jump in that light, I surely wouldn't back down if it meant the entire movement was lost. My goals aren't mine, they are the Constitution, the LAW OF THE LAND.

Idealism is beautiful (in books, at least) but that is not enough. You can not feed the People with idealism in a long-run, and/or give them jobs, healthcare coverage, prosperity, ect

    I say:
Have you ever read about the REAL United States Rainbow? Was the revolution against England, idealism? Was the food that they ate here from their farms, their trading, idealism? Were their jobs created from idealism? Were the doctors of that day paid by big brother, or the customer? Was prosperity handed out in government jobs?

The free market, and independent businessmen BUILT this nation after the rebels won the war. Their as you call "ideology" is what they put in law, a thing they called the Constitution. I know you think this is a novel piece of art, to be viewed and gazed at through glass, but it is not. IT IS LAW. Everything else, that has come since, is a sideshow, to seperate you from your money, while still keeping you just happy enough, that you keep working, to make them more money.

    My argument is this.

If this country want to continue being the United States of America, the establishment had better insure that they stay within the limitations of the Constitution, since the Constitution is all that binds these states. It says within itself, it is a contract between the people, the states, and the Federal Government and the only one that has the power to break that contract is the PEOPLE.

If this country wants to be what it has become today, which is an entity that mingles capitalist and socialist economic policy, with "arranged" democracy, no checks or balances, then they had BETTER start admitting they no longer are bound under the Constitution, and its time to create a new one.

That is my entire argument. It is quite simple, is it not? Admit you are doing wrong and change things, or get back in line with the rules. Is that not fair?

The problem is they can't yet. They know there are too many people like me, still out here, willing to die in the fight for the government renigging on its contract with the people.
Until that can be accomplished, the sideshow will continue, and the sheeple will flock.

    Example :
    - How are you going to create jobs for the People, in order to satisfy their expectations ?
Otherwise, the very same People will - most likely remove you from power.
    - What happen if the People reject your goals, after all that task is done ?
The next leaders are going to appear with new concepts to go through the same all over again ?

    I say:
Show me where that is the government responsibility in the Constitution? I didn't know the government was supposed to be a job placement service? You sure you're not a Socialist??

The government creates an enviroment, that is reflective of the people under the Constitution. It allows states to cater their laws to a point, within constitutional guidelines.
It is this varied climate of laws and varying regulation that intrests people, and people generate business. People have needs, this necessitates services and goods. With a free market, everybody prospers, since demand determines supply. It is how this nation was built.

The government said, live here, live free and make America great. Our land is some of the most prime land on earth for farming, resources, climate and overall variety. It is good land based just on that. Add to that a political climate that encourages freedom and justice, based on equality and you have the nearest thing to utopia the planet has ever seen. That is when we started this nation.

Now we still have good land, resources and global climate, but our government has become ALMOST as restrictive as those we have beaten down as enemies in the past. It may still be the best one out there, but it aint saying much if regulation has been increased the world over. Our goverments climate, that once attracted business, now is scaring business away. Our politicians have shown that their opinions change with the economic wind. Our leaders have bold face lied, to their own people, and to other nations. We have lost our national respect on a level never seen before, and it is all because we couldn't follow a simple system designed to perform a single function.

To do jobs the states could not do, to ensure safety from foreign enemies, and to set limits on state reach. Instead, they let the system run itself, and expand its boundaries on the whims of leaders and representatives. They let them set their own watermark for responsibility and accountability. They let them CHANGE THE RULES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME.

The citizens have let down their side of the contract also, by allowing this to happen.
