Regardless of whether you agree or not, the fact that it's so complicated should be reason enough for the Supreme Court to rule it unconstitutional. If enough people see this perhaps with enough indignation, the IRS and the income tax could be abolished. It wouldn't be that impractical either. I saw a stat recently that said if the Income tax were abolished, government would only be reduced to Clinton era size.
