I find that the suite and tie has been around for a long time. I want to start a new craze, 'wetsuites' that you wear to work and the office as if we were in the future, like we always see. This has to start somewhere, so why don't we go ahead and start it? We could simply sell them and watch them get accepted.

I suspect that your real motivation is yet another opportunity to ogle Charlize Theron. Rather than some "fossilized pilot guy," that would certainly be my motivation.
Well how long can this suit and tie thing go on for? It has been around since the merchants stopped wearing the elaborate 'vests' that dominated. it needs to evolve! I suggest we go for the body suits.
The advantages of these are for summer we could use second skins, and in winter we could use some new insulation technology to make them warmer without making them thicker. Even prisoners and workers are more into the evolution of clothing than the businessman.
One drawback could be that for fat people, the streach could rip the suit. For them, maybe they could wear a pair of shorts or skirt on the outside of the suit? If there was a way to cover up the person's 'fat', it could be reached while still keeping them warm and stuff.
Another thing that needs to go is the tie! This tie story is so old that it makes paul mccarthney seem young! Nothing is as stupid as a tie, and maybe instead of a tie there could be a zip to unclog the throat instead of making it constrained. Who ever thought up a tie anyway?
Shoes? Well i suppose that any old shoe will do, they have evolved enough, but then we could see the end of the old mans shoe. I saw my dad with a new pair of those yesterday, man they are impractical and uncomfortable. Maybe boots or bootlets will be the order of the day?
Clothing in the business world needs to evolve. We cannot have this dinosaur uncomfortable, impractical clothing continue, no matter what the dons think of it. We need somthing that looks proffessional, is comfortable to maximise work efficiency, and something to fit the season.
Then we can look the part for the spaceships i theorised!

It's a uniform that designates a particular status in society. Thankfully I have never had a job where a suit was required.
Changing a standard uniform design requires a decision at the top. Our society is hierarchical and you are advocating insurrection with this idea. lol
