The doctrine of the “trinity” is far from biblical…. You will be unable to find the word trinity in the bible…. This “thought“ was never taught by Jesus (peace be upon him) nor was it ever referenced by him. There is no FACTUAL basis within the bible for acceptance of the trinity. As much as JESUS FREAKS would like to quote the Epistle of John, (5:7,8) -especially with King James Versions (authorized in 1611) Unbeknowing to most “Christians” (another term never used by Jesus), these verse were expunged in the Revised Standard Version (a lot of versions here folks pay attention) of 1952 and 1971 -finding that it was a gloss that encroached the Greek text (and by that time translated a few times). Next, Jesus Freaks will be quoting Mathew 28:19 however the formulation of the trinity by athanasious, an Egyptian deacon from Alexandria, was accepted by the Council of Nicea in A.D. 325. Yes 325 years after the fact. Roman Paganism had influenced this doctrine Google Mithra see what you come up with… which will also bring you into why we celebrate x-mas and new years… but… if any JESUS FREAK would like to debate this point feel free to post away.. The Truth shall set ye free…..
