1. God is just. I don't know if God sends babies to Hell or not. A friend of mine asked once "If everyone is born into sin, and everyone has to repent to go to Heaven, but a baby dies and they never even get a chance to repent, do they still go to Hell?" The fact is God is all-knowing. God knows what I would do if I was President. God knows what I would do if I was a homeless beggar. God knows what I would do if I was a soldier in WWII. The same is with these children. God knows if the baby would've grown up to be a kind loving family man, or the next Adolf Hitler. To say for sure if God sends them to Hell, I have no idea. But his decision is a fair one.
Really, this answer addresses all of your scenarios. God knows what was, is, what will be and what could be. So it doesn't matter if I'm born in a Hindu environment or born with a mental disorder. God knows what I'd become even if I didn't become a Hindu or had a completely perfect mind and brain. All of your questions assume God has limited intelligence, but sadly he doesn't.
To address the 5th one, the commandment is "Thou shalt not kill.", so regardless if he was taught or convinced he was "sending children to Heaven", the law is that he's not allowed to do it.

Those who are SAVED now will be PRIEST and KINGS over all of the rest of humanity who really never had a chance to know God and/or Jesus. At that time, the billions of unsaved humans, resurrected back to a physical body, will get the chance to accept God's gift. God is just and fair and not at all the way most people (including most Christian preachers) perceive Him to be.

yes obviously god has not made people in his own image so that afterwards more than half of them can burn in hell forever.
Been noticing that...although this Gawd is espoused as being all-seeing and all-powerful...it seems to operate in a very narrow minded fashion.
For instance...Thou shalt not kill...except of course if you don't realize that killing is bad, or we can make accommodations for those who will say they're sorry eventually.
So if your true intention was to kill someone and you carried out the act, and felt completely justified in doing so, thus never saying you're sorry...you go to hell?
