    Hurricanes

To stpo a hurricane you need to find the centre of the storm and keep it over the outlying areas. You can do this by building pillars outside the city, huge wastes of time and money it might seem, but as the hurricane hits them they will meet enough resistance to dent them and stop the circulation of the air, making it distort in shape, splitting it in half eventually. With the air no longer forming a closed current, and having no force on the other side, already beenforced away from the centre, will stop circulating and die down into a mild breeze, or strong wind, but not a hurricane.

!! Going to my destruction !!

That's a very horrible and distructive idea.

While hurricanes can be dangerous to humans and distructive, they help regulate the climate more then most understand.

Removing or deminishing hurricanes will only futher increase the current environmental problems we are facing today. They feed off of warm oceans and air. When you remove hurricanes, what is going to happen to those warm oceans and air?

If people are still on this Global Warming trip, if they really want to stop this "Global Warming" then you will want more hurricanes, not less.

This is why Global Warming supporters don't know wtf they're talking about. They constantly use hurricanes as an example of what bad things can come from a warming planet. They claim they'll be more frequent and bigger...... yet if they put two and two together, they'd understand why this would occur, and what would occur afterwards.... temps would eventually reduce because these hurricanes would feed off the warmth.

It's well known that if the oceans are cooler, there will be more hurricanes in a season but very weak, while warmer oceans would produce fewer hurricanes, but much larger hurricanes. There are fewer because these larger hurricanes would sap most of the warmth.

If people are worried about hurricanes damaging their towns/cities and homes, build stronger buildings or make sure you're not living below sea level. I've spent my entire life thus far in the typical path of hurricanes every year and have gone through many of them to understand what they do and what happens after they leave.

    Case in point:

Hurricane Bill hit off of Nova Scotia in late August. For three weeks prior to it coming, our temps were averaging well above 34.C. After it passed, immediately the next day our temps dropped down to 18-20.C for a few more weeks and took a while for it to heat back up here.

Same thing happened with Hurricane Juan and every other Hurricane I remember.

After Juan hit, that was the last big hurricane we had and haven't had any serious hurricanes like Juan hit us here since, and all others have been small and low powered.

Also take Katrina as an example..... since Katrina, what was the last big hurricane that hit the US that did massive damage?

As I said in the past, Hurricanes are nature's air conditioner and once we start screwing around with them, we screw ourselves and everything else on this planet.

Rid ourselves of hurricanes and there will be such a thing as "Global Warming" and yes, we would be the direct cause of it.

Just a minor point, the maelstrom is a circulating storm that goes up to about 40,000 ft and can be as large as 10 degrees of latitude.

Charlatan...You've never experienced a hurricane before have you? It's not like a dog on a leash you train to go where you want. That's why they have projected paths...you just never know where it's going to make landfall.
