    Is God literal or symbolic?

Which of the following statements make the most logical sense?

    1. God is a literal supernatural being with supernatural power that can create males and females from literal dust or dirt without sperm and egg.

    2. God is symbolic, supreme knowledge, wisdom and power of the universe which bring forth the light - the birth to all creation. Meaning, all life forms are born into existence…

    I go for option 3.
God is a tool for the oppression of the poor.

Actually you don't ask if god is literal or symbolic...you ask which god, based upon the description of each that you provide for your two examples, would be the most logical.

    Explain neither in both statements...
Based upon your descriptions...I said neither.

Then your question is loaded to favour only one outcome.
I will go with diogenes answer of neither.
Neither statement can be said to have logical sense because the hidden premise here is that there is a god.
Either show that that premise is true or concede that the logic is invalid.

The thread title: Is God literal or symbolic?

Which of the following statements make the most logical sense?

    1. God is a literal supernatural being with supernatural power that can create males and females from literal dust or dirt without sperm and egg.

    2. God is symbolic, supreme knowledge, wisdom and power of the universe which bring forth the light - the birth to all creation. Meaning, all life forms are born into existence…

    Your title is irrelevant ...

    because to answer your question

Which of the following statements make the most logical sense?
one must first conclude that at least one of your specific descriptions can be considered logical, or at least more logical than the other.

In this case neither are logical, or more logical than the other, so there is no answer other than...

    neither.

You mean neither make logical sense to you, because that your point of view without any proving source.
