It started with closed circut TV montors in department stores and factories, used by security guards. If you rent a room to someone in your house you can legally spy on them with a hidden camera and record their activities. (to insure they do not use drugs in your house ... as she undresses to take a shower of course).

People can install them on thier roof and report on their neighbors.

The police can demand to review any tapes made with private CCTV monitors.

They will install them in parks, so let us say you drop some paper on the ground they could ID you and you would have to pay a $300.00 fine for littering. Etc.

If you try on a dress in a department store someone could be watching that you do not steal anything through a two way mirror.

You have no more real privacy anymore and things will get a lot less private as we go techno.

But here is a little known fact... everyone does something wrong from time to time. Who has avoided a traffic ticket? Now in order to pay for those cameras they must pay for their self via the number of tickets or fines they add to the pot, plus make a profit so that money can be used for other things the gov wants to do.
So the minor fines will go up up and up in price. You could end up paying as many fines as you do bills each month.

The influence as you put it, has the 'human element' well fooled, you see you put the average person as some kind of freedom fighter when their not, they just want to pay the bills and look after their family, which is what the NWO will offer with comfort, it will make rebelling against it look kind of silly, as any people who do will be regarded as such, do you get it?
Allow me to explain, you are presented with a simple and sensible choice if you want to keep living as you have before, which is either take the implant, be able to pay your bills with it, it allows you to access your ATM, because credit cards are now a thing of the past, your hand is now scanned instead, when you go to hospital, your hand is scanned, the RFID gives all your up to date medical history, medicards are a thing of the past. When you go to the supermarket, the same, petrol the same, leaving the country or entering one, no passport needed now, just place your palm down there sir.

The other choice, I won't take this chip, although it offers me access to everything I had before, and makes everything more convenient and faster and very hard to lose, it also means I can be fined through it, have credit deducted instantly from my account for fines, it means I cant buy food or anything without it, or sell anything without it, so this is really a no choice situation if I want to keep living as I did before.
Also it means because it has a radio frequency, I can be tracked and found anywhere in the world by any authority instantly, it means I am owned by the state now, a well kept slave, but still nevertheless a slave.
So the government says fine, don't take the chip, that is your choice of course, we are not forcing this upon you, and have fun trying to feed your kids and pay the bills without it.
In the face of this cold logic, most people will take the chip for their kids wellbeing more than anything, this is the trap being slowly closed on us, and a lot of people will have no qualms at all taking this implant, with their kids chipped they will always know where they are, escaped criminals will be easy to find, terrorists will have a harder time getting into the country and easily tracked if they did, not to mention all the added convenience it brings, it makes perfect sense to take it, they will say to doubters.

Most people are sheeple now, they are well conditioned by the media and education services to not rely on themselves anymore, or anyone else, unless its a professional. Give it a test run if you don't believe me, go into some public mall and ask people for help, say your wife is being attacked in the carpark or something, and see how many rush out to help you, you might get one if your lucky, most people will walk past you and not want to get involved, or look for security to help you.

I'm trying to warn people to wake up to this, not to try to rise up as you say, thats fools talk, you cant rise up against the wests armed forces, and its millions of security personal, its ,just not going to happen. I don't think its that high, I believe its more like one in every 150, given your prison population total is around 2 million.

It's a troubling fact, but the prospect of having chip implants is not solely in the realm of science fiction. No doubt, authoritarians the world over would love it, and would have loved it. It would have better assured the force-feeding of Bible verses to "redskins," for example.
