"For a nation to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle."

im surprised that mother teresa hasnt been mentioned more. she sacraficed her entire life to help to help the poor and diseased in one of the most horrific neighborhoods on the planet. I was thinking bill gates because of the amount of money he has donated to charity, but since he still has more money than they entire world combined, for him donating $40 million for AIDS research is like the rest of us giving away a penny.
Oscar Romero hasnt been mentioned
We're looking at the world through the barrel of a gun,
are we ready?

or Oscar Schindler
We're looking at the world through the barrel of a gun,
are we ready?

This is a silly topic.
Of course the greatest person of the 20th century is me >:)

Alexander Fleming, b 1881 - d 1955. If Einstein counts, Mr Fleming does, too.
