I'll go with God for these reasons:
1. God can beget His Son Jesus Christ. Mr. and Mrs. Cringle can't even procreate.
2. God get's 72 books (the Bible) dedicated to Him, Santa only get's one basic story. (Unless you accept the creativness of these post modern wack job writers.)
3. I can actually visit God's house (Church) without freezing my ass off, whereas visiting Santa takes time and is too cold.
4. Santa breaks into my house every year.
