Ok, now that you have described your hell, describe for us your heaven.

Ok, now that you have described your hell, describe for us your heaven.
Brien the Iceberg
If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything. M.T.
Being alive for all eternity, trying to figure out and deduce the nature of all the new, neverending "unknowns" that I discover with each progression of my understanding of the experiences I have had.
In other words, my heaven is a neverending land of adventure and exploration.
"We suffer primarily not from our vices or our weaknesses, but from our illusions."
-Daniel J. Boorstin
the final scene of the film Longtime Companion when all those we lost to AIDS come filing down to the beach at Fire Island to hug each other and celebrate being reunited.

Kinda like Brien's really.
In my philosophy, if there's no reincarnations (or you opt out) this makes heaven eternal. BO-ring.
I'd like to help people - either little things to help people through the day or larger things like comfort someone after a loss. I like to help people now, so I think that would be cool. ^_^

I would have a gun that doesn't run out of ammo + a ton of zombies = heaven
Basically I would want to be actively pursuing a goal. Whether that be knowledge, exploration, overthrowing God, or killing as many zombies as I possibley can.
Powerful.. magical.. e-e-e-eevil..

Doing anything for eternity would bore me. There are not enough things in the world to not do them all to a point of boredom if I have eternity to do them. Let alone the things I don't want to do in the first place. Heaven would be no heaven.

Heaven isn't what you are doing, it's who you are with.

Haven is the state of satisfied mind which can exist even when in so called Hell. State of satisfied mind could be achieved with the limitation of desires.

My heaven, if I believed in one?
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness unfettered by man or nature due to mutual respect, absolving the need for force.

My Heaven? I'm in it. I have a whole world to experience, and the love of my life to experience it with.
And I have the best dog in the world.
Oh, and it's ten to nine on a Wednesday, and I'm sitting in a bathrobe and slippers posting on an internet debate forum.
"Would you like some pie, Dr. Stark?"
"Science is my pie. Curiosity, my sweet tooth.
Knowledge is my candy."
