If You Were A Brazilian Football Player...

What would you like your name to be?

    See, there's Kaka, Cafu, Dida...etc.

    Here are some sugestions:

Chockoko (it's catchy and it's suggestive of chocolate)

    Lollipop (need I say more?)

Chacha (OK, the Brazilian dance is the Samba, but cha cha is close enough, ain't it?)

    Donaldo (Yeah, Brazilian for Donald)

    Any more suggestions, folks?

    Hence Portuguese Surnames... Not Brazilian.

There is no such thing as an American surname is there?

Many names were Americanised on the way through Ellis Island because the clerks couldn't be bothered to spell it out in full. So you do kind of have American names.
