| Cause for Concern Location: Planet Earth Posts: 664 | The state of things If perspective is all about time and place then how would we need to perceive the world to have an objective view of everything. You know, theres events(as in just things that happen) that occur so fast that we will never have any clue about them. We pick up signals with our receptors, but they are limited. Not one person can describe and perceive this multifaceted reality. Scales are relative, they follow patterns that are a construct of the common structural building blocks. iny little galaxies, one could say. Think about the scales. The galaxies we see in the heavens are all made up of a hierachy of things. who knows if all the galaxies affect each other in some way to form something bigger, but where is the highest "level"? To some big entity our existence is but a blink. To smaller things, our existence is almost everlasting. But what are the forces that hold together the most basic and elemental objects? What is the very essence of reality? what is the ratio of energy to matter? how would you simplify the very thing enough to put it into a number? Is this water hard water or spring water? Do you like to dance? Do you mind a few sore toes? I'm bored |

| Evil Overlord Location: A Geofront, somewhere in Antarctica Posts: 938 | It seems that you are asking how we could possibly precieve everything. This is virtually impossible, and I say virtually in order to not sound foolish should some explosive development in science should occur. However, everything you said is pretty much right on the money. It is like that song, we're just dust in the wind. Now, to answer your questions... Quote:

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated failures.
