You make the mistake of both consideration and humility when debating here. Apparently the highest goal of a debate is to 'Win', so rationality won't get you too far.
If you can be beaten into submission with insults, hey, a win is a win.
Your posts on various topics have proven you knowledgeable on science in general and microbiology specifically, but that won't help in this forum because of the circular logic employed by Starboy, Rez etc. ie;"If you don't agree with me, then you are incompetent." (there just might be a logical fallacy there...) There is no reason for them to examine your arguments or evidence, because in their minds, you have already proven your self "willfuly ignorant". Remember, these are the same people who skip over abiogenisis as though its an insignificant little detail. These are the same people who wear the blinders of philisophical and methodological naturalism. If they can't prove the existence of something methodologically, then it doesn't exist. At least... Until it does exist. Did X-Rays exist before November 8th, 1895, when Roentgen first discovered their effects? Of course they did. Any other position is silly..., and no, Schroedingers cat won't help them here either.

These are the same people who like to refer to God as a Christian's invisible friend, as though the believer gains some self-serving benefit from the belief, thus explaining why they believe in the first place, While presenting their position as the "honest" one. Their motivation? Rationality and honesty! (they claim)

How about a different view: Christians believe in a God who is the author of morality. We believe that God is the ultimate authority and that his will should be king, not our own.

Yeah, that sounds like a real self serving sort of God to create!

How about instead, I believe there is no God... Then I can decide for myself what is right and wrong as long as it doesn't get me killed by one of the other 6+ billion 'Gods'. Then I could hang out on volconvo and use completely inconclusive arguments like a 'Pseudogene discovered in cats' while blithely ignoring little insurmountable details like abiogenesis. Hey, I could also use the word evolution in multiple contexts ensuring that no one will be able to pin me down on anything close to a factual position.
