Great stuff, the Japanese are turning into the world leaders in human mimicking robotics. Who knows what the next decade in this type of robotics holds. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/4714135.stm Quote:

| Moderator/nobody Posts: 1,566 | The advances made in the last decade amaze me. With the increased processing power, memory advances and the tactile sensors and hydraulics mimicking human movement, all that would be needed is the advanced AI software and memory database. We may soon see the day where androids are everywhere. Someone probably needs to make sure they follow Isaac Asimov Robotic Rules though. Live Long and Prosper (Genetics and Capitalism) |

| Still Dancing Posts: 20 | I Robot, can they make a male robot who only has eyes for me.... I'd like to see this technology being used more towards integrating with humans, as in helping people who have spinal injuries etc. I'd love to see science being used with positive outcomes, instead of for marketing/sales/entertainment/war/destruction. |
