Is intelligence the genesis of form? What do I mean, and is it important? Judge for yourselves ..
The Dawkinian argument against intelligent design by God is correct.
However, there is no Dawkinian argument against design by God.
Why is this?
Even Dawkins wouldn't argue against form and design, intelligent or otherwise. And so in a necessarilly chaotic, formless universe the possibility of forms being imposed on it from without - by God or some other supernatural source, becomes an experiential necessity.
For centuries, the stumbling block for both atheists and creationists has been their belief in intelligence as the genesis of form, rather than intelligence as anthropomorphic qualifier of the genesis of form. This assumptive anthropomorphism is what I have termed Grand Animism the common ground of believer and non-believer.
