Why not? What would be the purpose? Have you heard of the Komodo dragon? It's a big reptile. Of course, most of the animals that once lived that are generally called dinosaurs are reptiles in the same sense that mammals are reptiles. Mammals are descended from synapsid reptiles, while dinosaurs were descended from sauropsid reptiles. Just as mammals are clearly distinguishable from reptiles, so were the dinosaurs.

This is a hard one, I mean, I do not like we teach this Theory as it would be a Fact in school, would much rather have a balanced education teaching the controversy of Gravity, just as Kansas do with Evolution.

Scientific theories are more important than facts, mainly because we view facts through the goggles of a theory. The theory is more important, because it is supposed to predict and describe outcomes. Facts don't do this, they are just discrete pieces of information that are a part of a scientific theory along with the laws.
