![]() Homo sapiens Posts: 1,980 | Of course, medical research has been creepy and disgusting (not to mention sinful) for fundamental christians for hundreds of years. If one contracts a disease and dies, it is god's will. We are not to question. Plague and disease are god's ways of showing his displeasure with the sinful life styles of those upon whom he/she/it inflicts disease. Disease is neither genetic nor the result of microbial infection. It is god's punishment for sin, even if many victims die as infants and children. They would have committed unforgivable sin if god had allowed them to live.
