Say there's a video on youtube and while the contact info isn't available youtube informs me the IP is from Portugal. I doubt this. any info?

We should have an 'ask Volconvo' section

Privacy policies may prevent that. You might want to check out their guidelines for submissions and see if that's mentioned.
