(High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a controversial high frequency radio transmitter, or "ionospheric heater," which is believed to be descended from the works of Dr. Nikola Tesla and is operated by the U.S. Navy/Air Force and Phillip Laboratories in remote Gakona, Alaska. Stage6 · HAARP - CBC Broadcast - Video and Download · krahosk Using HAARP, our military plans to focus a billion-watt pulsed radio beam into our upper atmosphere, ostensibly for ionospheric research. This procedure will form extremely low frequency waves and send them back to the Earth, enhancing communications with submarines and allowing us to "see" into the Earth, detecting anything from oil reserves to underground missile silos. However, several researchers claim HAARP poses many dangers, including blowing thirty-mile holes in the Earth's upper atmosphere. They also warn of possible disruption of the subtle magnetic energies of our Earth and all living organisms. Holes in Heaven strives to give a fair and accurate appraisal of HAARP, and brings before the public, vital information about a project which could have a dramatic effect upon our entire world. Wow watch the governments guy get squimish when the questions get a little to close to what HAARP is being used for!! |

| Volcanic Erupter Posts: 8,650 | This project, first contracted out to G.E. under Ronald Reagan, gathered a lot of attention form a number of concerned scientists, one of them set up a watchdog group and wrote a book "Angels don't play HAARPS (something like that?). Whale and Dophin people became concerned, needless to say. Lots of facts, along with lots of conspiracy theories, began to circulate. That this system can be used to control where it would rain. That they could rev it up as a weapon and use it to cause earthquakes. They could even target individuals or groups of people, and use it to "scrambe their brains" to create temporary insanity. As the book became popular the government had them create their own offical webpage and they offered tours to the public. As they attempted to show that they were not up to evil deeds. Apparently those magentic energy fields can be forcused and used like a ray gun if they wanted too. But I was never sure what was true or what was, or might be, untrue. Because of all the conspiriacy webpages writing about it. The project got under construction at about the time when Reagan was talking about his defense sheld that was nick named "star wars" by the meida. |
