...and what is so special about Christianity that makes it stand out above the rest?

I think that this is the biggest problem with religions. Christianity and Islam cannot tell you what makes them special. The only argument seems to be interchangeable between the religions, such as "the bible/qu'ran says it's true!" or "I know god/Allah".

I don't think Christians have a good answer for this and I think it is the weakest link for Christianity.

Not only is there nothing special about Christianity, its also all copied from earlier religions. Not only did the writers of the bible contradict each other, they copied earlier religions!

I agree. I'd really like a theist to take us logically from "there might be a creator", which is perfectly reasonable, to "my particular god which just happens to be my parents god is the one true god and created everything with his awesome powerfulness" which is perfectly psychotic.

This might be a good question for yourself and/or your fellow anti-theists seeing that, on a global scale, your group spends an overly proportionate amount of time attacking biblical Christianity at the expense of Islam, Catholicism, and Judaism.
