I'm curious as to what grounds you're using to call my arguments "unsupported".
Considering no reputable, educated scientist in any field I've heard of has ever come out in support of creationism. If you know of one, by all means, share. What you're saying is that because I have a few thousand years of human research on my side and you have a storybook on your side, we should just "agree to disagree", am I right?

Because thus far you have only appealed to arguments from authority and majority (ad populum )... the former a fallacy of defective induction and the latter a red herring/genetic fallacy.
Now, if you want to discuss anything in detail on the merits of those details, I would be glad to.
However, I will not waste time countering fallacy with fallacy.

Alright we'll get more simple and to the point by going back to something I mentioned earlier.
If you believe the bible to be true then explain to me how human population ballooned to a sum of over 6 billion people from only two when this is proven to be a scientific impossibility. I'll wait.

Okay, we'll start simple for you.
From 1800 to 1900 the earth's population went from 1 billion to over 2.5 billion. That's a 2.5 fold increase in 100 years.
Now, the best date for Noah's flood is 2304 BC +/- 11 years (say 2400 BC to help your argument) and so, 8 people times a multiple of 2.5 every 100 years starting in 2400 BC until 1800 AD (or 8 x 2.5 to the 42 power).
Guess what? 2.5 x 8 to the 12th power is 1.2 billion and... there's 30 more multiplying factors left and we've already exceeded the necessary numbers for the bible to be accurate. Where did all the people go? Mathmatically speaking, there should be a lot, lot more, no?
Next?

You can run up numbers all you want it doesn't defeat the fact that from 8 people (8 people your bible says were almost all family in the first place) the gene pool is in no way diverse enough to be capable of sustaining itself beyond a few generations due to inbreeding and genetic deterioration.
Don't go anywhere you still have answers to pull out of your ass.
If that doesn't tickle your fancy we could move on to the dinosaur debate and the approximate age of the earth, your answer to which I have no doubt will leave me chuckling and rubbing my eyes.

The reason your numbers don't add up is that you're presuming a constant increase in the world's population, and that increase has not been constant throughout history. The increase you refer to not coincidentally covers a period of increased health care, advances in medicine and longer life spans. Check Google, every chart that shows the increase in world population resembles the following:
As you can see, the world's population remained pretty constant until the advent of mechanization and more advanced medicine. More people could live longer lives, thus add more children to the world's overall population.

What Jack said. The population hasn't grown at anything close to a constant rate.
But truth, Hajjaj was convinced, held many layers.

That's way too simple, I LOLed. Q, why bother to prove anything when you can just say god did it. Same with Noahs ark. Since god can do anything it doesn't have to make any sense. Right? Seriously, why are theists constantly trying to prove that this or that myth could have actually happened without magic??
Religion is poison because it asks us to give up our most precious faculty, which is that of reason, and to believe things without evidence. It then asks us to respect this, which it calls faith. - Christopher Hitchens
flat earth mentality. there was a time when everybody knew the world was flat n the sun revolved around earth. then galileo came and thru science proved that the earth was round n we revolved around the sun. he was persecuted for questioning what many believed to be true. nowadays everyone (hopefully) knows the earth isnt flat, but unfortunately many still have that flat earth mentality that cant let go of old beliefs in talking snakes, a pregnant virgin, angels, etc.
I see he hasn't taken the challenge of explaining how 8, let alone 2 people created 6.8 billion without dying out from inbreeding.
