| Principled Observer Location: Toledo, Ohio Posts: 13,873 | Official CHALLENGE How many of you out there have read "Mike Ruperts" book "Crossing the Rubicon"? http://btobsearch.barnesandnoble.com...65715400&pwb=1 Everyone out there, who criticizes and attempts to marginalize the various "conspiracy theories" and their authors, I have a challenge for you. Ruperts book is out there, both NEW and USED. For a 500 PAGE non-fiction, it is LOW priced at around $20.00 New as high as $40.00. Used, it can be had for less than $10.00 if you shop around. I challenge you people, to invest that small amount of money in introspection and skepticism of your own ideals and beliefs. TEST YOUR METTLE! Put your theories and ideologies to the TEST, and read one of the best compiled, most highly referenced non-fictions about conspiracy and how it is affecting us RIGHT NOW. (over 900 footnotes) I, am DARING YOU ALL, to challenge your own beliefs and thoughts, as well as your INFORMATION that you use to base those things, by reading the facts presented by the "other side". I make this challenge ESPECIALLY to people such as Vicchio, WestCoastDog, Idlmaniac, BugsBunny, etc. I like all you guys, and value your debate, which is why I ask you (especially Bugs) to read this book, and come back and inform us if your opinions have changed even a little, if at all. Worse case scenario, you buy it new, sell it used, and don't like it. Best case scenario, you buy it used, value it for what it is, and change your life. I anxiously await a response from anyone who has, or has not read the book. Thanks... But Ruppert's book IS comprehensive on the background of the 9/11 events. My opinion? Most of those fellows won't read BOOKS. And especially books they suspect may not coincide with their worldview... but who knows? Maybe a better tactic, Osborn: ask people to watch 9/11:The Road to Tyranny, by Alex Jones "Arms in the hands of the citizens may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny or private self-defense." -- John Adams |

I wonder if he was having trouble finding a publisher here in the States? Wouldn't surprise me in the least. |

Ostrovsky's book on the Mossad was published over there: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/097...Fencoding=UTF8 "Arms in the hands of the citizens may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny or private self-defense." -- John Adams |

Jones encourages people to make copies and hand them out. I dont see any harm in swapping. I could send MB a copy if you pay S&H and a buck for the blank tape. | ||

Has anyone purchased, or viewed "Red Cell" the videotape, by Richard Marcinko? It actually shows several scenes as they easily defeat U.S. Military Base security, and make a mockery of our National Defense, which is why they withchunted him. As for Ruppert's book, it is selling from Amazon associates for under $14.50 new, right now... | Volcanic Erupter Posts: 9,491 | I've read Ruppert's wild-assed ramblings about the Kennedy assassination and Peak Oil and remote controlled Boeings. Is it likely that I will waste my dollars or my time reading more of his grand conspiracy theories? I probably don't need to answer that one. | Volcanic Erupter Location: Mexico City Posts: 4,772 | Its just another rant on DU, will you guys ever let up? Don't you realize this stuff is of rather limited use? Yes, it does seep into groundwater and can be lethal in adequate dossages, but this is coating on armour piercing weapons, it usually is only deployed against massed armour. It can pulverize on impact (when it strikes armour) but the projectiles are like fat bullets, M-60 rounds in special machine guns often in helicopters, the Warthogs and souped-up C-130s in close air support roles. Its not something as ubiquitous as the article suggests and its a great way to recycle. Et semel emissum volat irrevocabile verbum. Raúl M.
