Need for a new tax for guest workers.

I propose a new tax just for guest workers who come to Ameirca to work but are not yet citizens of the USA. This speical tax would be added to the normal income taxes automatically take out of a check (no options to pay income taxes at the end of the year), and that amount of tax money collected would be used to cover the costs occured when other unemployed people from Mexico take advantages of our tax funded public usage facilities, such as the fire department or our emergency rooms, schools and so forth.

As would be the case a number of people arriving here from Mexico lawfully or unlawfully would not all be working, some would work at jobs where no taxes are collected (day labor, etc.) and some would sell stuff at swapmeents and so forth - self employed and outside the system of normal "paychecks" for work done. So as a nationality they should be held responsible for their own countryfolks who are here that cannot or do not pay soc security or income taxes into our system of government which pays for many things they would be making use of, roads and so forth. So those who do pay income taxes would cover those who do not via this speical "guest worker tax" which is deducted from their paychecks. Needless to say, regular citizens of the USA would not have that same speical deduction on thier income taxes,

My new proposal if effected, would crub some of the gripes we taxpayers have about immigration.

Not sure if I made my point clearly enough.

We would be adding a speical tax to workers here from Mexico who have jobs and get payroll checks to cover costs to our government for those here from Mexico who are not yet paying taxes.

Or, a better solution would be to end income taxes for all residents of America.

What makes you think that most of these illegals are even going to sign up for the guest worker program? Sure, they'll make more money, but they'll also be paying more taxes and a lot of them are paranoid that if the government knows where they are, they'll be rounded up and shipped back home.

I don't expect to see many people signing up at all, and exactly what are we going to do about it, considering how rotten our track record of rounding up illegals has been so far?

Jesus loves me? No thanks, I don't swing that way.
