I kinda doubt it. Most folks (if they are at all political) are thinking about who the GOP or the Dems will nominate. It won't matter who is elected, the Emergency Rule by the POTUS will go on and on...

I'd heard this once before and couldn't believe it.

Not only is the country in a State of Emergency, but we are still in the Gulf War from back around that time.

I think the only thing saving us is that it all started in the Clinton Era, and by the time Bush Jr. was elected, he probably forgot about it.
