[Just thought you all should know. But here's an interesting consideration--even if the US war machine had planned better, wouldn't Iraq still be in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation?]

The U.S. 'had no policy' to build in Iraq, just like Clinton 'had no sex' (when asked to testify under oath in court).
