Then why hasn't he admitted he's done drugs? Just curious!

I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

I guess you approve of the slaughter of the Jews as well as the million or so innocent dead Iraqis in mass graves.
We are obligated by treaty to defend Israel under certain situations, Saddam was training lots of terrorists in his country and some if not most had intent on doing damage to the United States. Plus he may NOT shoot at American soldiers for a year.
That would be an assumption on your part. I could also assume you approve of the slaughter of Palestinians by the jews. Good to see you justify a full scale invasion with our "obligation to Israel"

He attacked our troops who were carrying out sanctions. Do YOU want to try again.
Plus he was a known threat to us and that whole Middle Eastern area. He already had the nerve to try after these sanctions were in place to try and assasinate an ex President.
Give me a break. You think those reasons are strong enough to warrant a full scale invasion? You must be cookin'

Being it is the Palestinians who are the aggressors in Israel, yeah I do think the Jews have been far too nice and should have the war that needs to be and then let the winner declare the terms of peace.
They just got out of Gaza for peace and right away the Palestinians said they are going to continue their terror.
I think most should be sent back to where they came from for peace, which is Jordan.

Saddam was very unstable for that area, had defied sanctions for 11 years, and had near a million in mass graves along with rape and torture rooms. Now you may consider that a Disneyland in your eyes, but that is a hell for most and that needed to stop.
The financing of terror outside of Iraq was also a major issue as was shooting at our soldiers several hundred times while doing the UN work. He even tried to take out an ex-US President.

Lots of reasons for regime change for sure.

This kind of statement is what is known as BS rhetoric. You haven't proven anything of the sort, just swallowed the propaganda lines from the MSM, owned by friends of Israel. They demonize the Palestinians and justify Israeli atrocities.

So pardon me, GBA, your ignorance and naivete is showing...

Might strong war talk from GBA. You might want to consider employment in the US Army. I really find this kind of talk by civilians disturbing. Assuming you are a civilian. I am not even going to comment on your "Palestinians are the aggressors".

But you based your whole reasons for going to war on WMDs and since there are no WMDs lets just fall back on the good ol' "Saddam was a bad man" argument.

I have no idea why you included this photo it is some tart at a protest and is completely unrelated to what we are talking about.

But you have to admit, she is not a bad looking bird. By her writing, I would have been certain she was maybe ten years younger than her photo. I she that she' batting for the communist today. Good on her, a change is as good as a rest. Bet he's a McCarthyite tomorrow. Good god - only joking.

The Palestinians are the ones blowing up innocent people while the rest of them cheer.
When the Jews had a terrorist kill four Palestinians, Israel denounced it.
That right there shows you the difference in mentality. One side condones terror, the other side denounces it. So the Palestinians are no better that Al Qaeda fo the most part. Many are the children of Jordanians released from prisons decades ago to fight the war against Israel.

Did I say WMDs anywhere? I think I wrote about financing of terror, mass graves, causing regional problems and shooting at our troops while they did their UN jobs. Not to mention they had terrorist training camps in the past and had been a haven for some terrorists while Saddam was there.

Regarding 11 years of sanctions, gee, I think I could remove, sell or hide various weapons or WMDs in all that time without the world seeing it.

She was an anti-war protest babe.

I laughed that she had those Kerry & communist signs. Too funny, don't you think.

but I thought it was of god on a female day. I have spoken to god about gender and believed this was a revelation to us. I'm not convinced. I think she/he's not as old - by a long way - as the female in the photo, who's holding a communist poster.

Obviously Chris doesn't agree. There must have been some reason for posting a photo. I think my guess is better than Chris's.

Bush Wars: Who was right? No.1

Quote:
When Gulf One stopped, there were many surprised. Why not continue to Bagdad? Finish off Saddam for once and all. It should be obvious that the evidence of Iraq today is the PROOF that senior was RIGHT and junior WAS, IS and WILL BE WRONG, WRONG WRONG. It should be so obvious now that the need for the sophisticated reasoning as to why senior was RIGHT now are not needed. Any the problem was the reason were over the heads of a sizable number that push junior towards destruction. They'll never get it.
Now one more big thing for the neo-cons to take on board. Once senior did not go for Bagdad then, all of Saddam's prior sins CANNOT and SHOULD be used as justification for Gulf Two. This is a deliberate confusion and woolly thinking.
"It should be so obvious now that the need for the sophisticated reasoning as to why senior was RIGHT now are not needed." If god does not get this, well say so. He/she keeps on about graves in the desert. Did they die before after Gulf One? Give research on real number. With every posting it grows by a factor of ten. No more false tears, just facts.
At what point will civilian deaths post invasion equal the graves in the desert.
If the US is killing more now that pre-invasion, please offer a solution. I have. Stop whinging about graves of bones that you have not a care about.
