I cannot understand why anyone, even someone against the war, would be anything but sympathetic and supportive to our troops and their family members.

My husband leaves in November for the desert for 14 months. We have a ten-month old son. If he dies over there and I want some damn justification for it, some reason, will I then be a "whiner"? Al Qaeda is the same goals, only global and aimed at all non-Muslims around the world.
