The FCC has expanded the CALEA ( Communications Assistance to Law Enforcement Act) to force all broadband providers, VOIP providers, and companies that make broadband devices to create back-end to their devices to allow the FBI easy "wire tapping" access.

Yep, you have to be aware that if you post stupid things like Presidential assasination, the FBI will be knocking at your door.
