i've read it . I don't see anything scandalous here. Sure they failed. But what's the point ?

I think it is scandalous that they were going to give them fake explosive but didn't. If they would have given them the fakes they could have made their arrest and nobody would have gotten hurt.

How do you know ? Were you there doing the inquiries ? What makes you think there is not a motivation behind that , maybe a erroneous one, but nothing extremely controversial here.

They failed, get over it .

I bet they learned from it, maybe not enough, nut they learned.

Apparently they didn't learn. Just look at Oklahoma City. That's a whole other can of worms.
