| I apologize because I might mistate some information as i am just going off of an article i read sometime ago..It should be fairly close to the truth..
I beleive it is the geneva convention or some international law that says if a P.O.W. is taken from a milita during a war (which since the P.O.W.'s in Guantanamo Bay were wearing civilian clothes and werent organized in any perticular uniform they dont qualify as a army but as a milita) then that P.O.W. has to be returned when the war-time is over from the area he was captured in. Bush has declared that the War is over. Therefore why do we have prisoners in guantanamo bay still? ...If someone who realizes this could please post maybe a websight to back this up..im not sure were i read about it but i would really appreciate if anyone could further illustrate this..
Does anyone ever wonder why US citizens and Bush care so much about getting Sadaam out of power supposedly because he was a Mass Murder/ War Criminal ..which is true...but turn a blind eye to the even grosser atrocities that are funded by the US goernment..In all logic..Some poision gas killing me (which was most likely supplied by the US in the first place) if i were a kurd in Iraq would be a hell of alot better than a (at the time) School of Americas graduate attatching electrodes to my testicles and asking me questions in some laungauge I dont even know..School of Americas is also funded by the US government..we also supply Israel with mass ammounts of weapons..Uranium tipped artillery shells, cluster bombs and other weapons that are banned, the list goes on of things that the US intentionally does that are gross atrocities that didnt have to be committed. I think any president that lets this go on under his term is responsible..I dont care what party...And for those of you who say "That Gas Killed Several thousand people! that cant compare to Gross Interrogation methods used by the School of Americas in Latin America!" If we really cared about the masses..or anyone for that matter rather than the top 10 wealthiest people in the US..Saddaam looks like a child compared to the genocide that has been commited on the Ukraines..and also the ethnic cleansing of the kurdish that happened in Turkey..the word "Kurd" was actually illegal to say in Turkey for sometime if i recall right...I would just like to know if anyoen has any information about the POW's or see's the irony in The US's "Humanatarian Policy" ...sorry for bad spelling im only 15 |
