Henry Reid shoudl be investigated, and charged with breaking senate rules at teh very least, this is an outrage, and a pathetic display of what happens when the inmates start running the asylumn.

The dems must be desperate to start going this far in trying to carry out thier obstruciton.

No, who are you opposed to? Why should Henry Reid be investigated when Harry Reid is the Minority Leader? Do you even read all of the articles you post?

Divulging the contents, or even the tone of the contents of an FBI file is illegal/agaisnt senate rules.

But do they? We don't know, if there IS dirt on him, that files been accessable for 4 yuears now, only now after all other avenues of blocking him have failed, does Ried/Reid (

) break the rules and make an accusation only a few people will ever be able to verify or debunk... and they can't tlak about it.

If there is anything in the FBI files that would cause a reasonable person to not affirm the President's nominations, then that information should definitely be taken into account. I don't like the idea of rules limiting what information can be offered, although I can accept that information that is irrelevant shouldn't be brought up. The senate should discipline Reid if he was just grandstanding, but if what he said was true....well, we will see what happens.

Yeah, it's nit picking to think that you ought to be able to read the very first line of your own quote and get a single name correct. As for your "issue", big deal. Like this is the first time confidential files have been used for political purposes.

I dont see that he did break the rules. Again, He didnt broadcast the FBI files, but only pointed out that they exist, so those who have access had better take a look. We are talking about lifetime appointment, there should be no corpses in his closet. Or disband the FBI if they dont serve any useful purpose at all.
