We all know how much it's ruining the world, and I feel I sort of personal hate, because I would've really liked to join the police force, but fear anything I say may be used against me, or interpreted in the most absurd way.

A man has two reasons for doing anything --- a good reason and the real reason.
Let us be thankful for the fools. But for them the rest of us could not succeed
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Sigh... yes, the whole word is CRUMBLING because you can't call a black guy a nigger without black people being upset. I'm extremely liberal and I am fearless with what I say. Perhaps you're lacking courage not freedom. You want to say something offensive, expect someone to be offended, and be able to defend yourself without cowering being the "political correctness" bit.

Whats the whole point of political correctnes? Im Irish, i like whiskey and Guiness, i play the bagpipes (i try), I love corned beef and cabbage, and St. Patrick's Day is the greatest holiday ever. Wouldnt that all be considered politcaly incorreect, even though its a correct characterization of Irish culture?

Whats the reason for the media refering to suicide bombers as "homicide bombers" someone let me know

We're looking at the world through the barrel of a gun,
are we ready?

any pussy can kill themselves and if they killed themselves alone, it would be suicide... when you commit homicide while you kill yourself it should be called such...

"I really like this jacket, but the sleeves are much too long..."
insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results...

No, ass-fandango - what he's saying is that society is suffering because you can't point out that 7 out of 10 black kids being born out of wedlock is a BAD thing without black people (or liberals) being upset. We're forced to swallow this "Cultural Relativty" horse crap and make believe that having a weak family structure isn't undesirable, it's just "Different".

That’s bullshit; liberals point it out more than anyone. They are the ones trying to come up with solutions to the problem, where as conservatives think they are helping by starting threads about the American Dream. Your opinion of liberals and groups like the NAACP is extremely misguided and I advise you to reevaluate it so that when you are faced with another situation like this you don't make a fool of yourself.

And you call Cultural Relativism a solution? I'll agree that turning them all into Baptists wouldn't work either, but feeding them crap like "It Takes a Village" is pretty weak.

It's the liberals who made welfare cheats a staple in our society, by starting programs that feed off the poor. The reason many black kids are born out of wedlock, is because of the wonders of the Great Society instituted by Lyndon Johnson, the worst President in the history of this country.

The NAACP and the likes of Jesse Jackson are perpetuating slavery in this country, so they can milk the system. Poor black folks believe what they are told because they don't have the education to know any better and that's exactly where the liberals want to keep them. How else can they depend upon 90% of the black vote?

I don’t agree with liberal solutions, but they are trying. Their hearts are in the right place but their mind is yet to follow. My point wasn’t that their plans were working, just that they are the only ones trying.

Sorry but as it stands those programs haven’t made Black society worse, often they haven’t made them better, but they are not the cause of it all. It is cute to see a Republican party, the party every racist votes for, call liberals the guilty ones.

1. Jesse Jackson and his ilk do more for the Black community than you or any conservative does, sorry if you don’t agree with all of his policies but he IS helping. It’s fucking pathetic to be honest with you. You would sooner turn around and say that Blacks need to help themselves, and here they are doing that, and they get nothing but insults and slander.
2. Its is only 54% of the Black vote not 90%. And Blacks only make up 17% of the population. That is a large figure but not large enough.

Some liberal textbook from California apparently bans the word "ocean" because its rude for people who haven't seen the sea before....

You know, they'll soon ban the words "lazy" (work ethic motivationally challenged), "boring" (lack of active fulfillment or engagement), and even "girl" (penile-challenged).

Ideological loyalty is the act of giving your soul to a vague concept, to be manipulated by people smarter than you.

For a valuable insight into the mechanics of a Jesse Jackson on poor blacks, try finding a source for articles by Dr. John McWhorter, who as a black educator, knows a lot more than any of the rest of us do about the black against black problem.

Get your facts straigtht when you post, otherwise it makes you look uninformed and belies your entire premise. Blacks make up about 13% of the population. The actual figure is 12.3%

Not that I think any of this is true, but I think banning "ocean" isn't nearly as bad as banning "evolution" from text books... and that story I can back up.

Yea, you've really shown me your trustworthiness with percentages. I would argue the figure is closer to 12.9 which includes Blacks born of two races. Yes, you're correct I was wrong. However, it not only proves my point more, you still made up the 90% figure.

I tend to agree on the PC thing. I hate it. First, I refuse to use "African American" because it's one of the dumbest ideas ever, separating black people in America from black people in the rest of the world. (Worse, a lot of stupid Americans will call non-American blacks "African American".) Second, I'd rather know who's on my side and who's against me. If everyone always has to couch their speech so as not to offend anyone, I won't know if a person is on my side or not. It's much better to know your enemy that have them sneak up behind you.

Fuck political correctness. It's just coercive censorship. If you want people to start treating others better, try demanding human decency. Don't go out and create fucking guidelines on how to perceive what surrounds us. Because, in the end, there is no definitive, and to an extent, there is no right or wrong. All that there is is different perspectives, and in bare calculation this is healthy. Liberals feel they need to go out and unify the fucking planet. Well, maybe everyone doesn't share the same beliefs, and maybe humans naturally tend to attract to others with similar perceptions.

You want evolution in our text books? How can you possibly justify such a blatant ambush of beliefs that are so foreign to some? Something as abstract as the origin of human existence cannot be proven, and it never will be. However much proof is claimed, it's always going to be just theory. You have to go out and discover for yourself such a delicate belief. It's completely unethical and illogical to have it forced upon you from some fucking textbook.

And I really wonder what the motivation for political correctness is? You'd think it's fairness, but when it's right for me to be described as white, and my peer as not black, but African-American--that's not fairness! All it does is create a pendulum of our society, where I have less rights and respects than minorities, and where someday my race may regain the upper-edge. And this is complete bullshit. Equality is equality, not something that is deprived, delayed, and then recovered.
